Title: The stories: 1001 Funny Things You Can Do With a Skirt
Description: The talk will be about the skirt as a central motif in
Elenor’s art, about the “1001 funny things”; the short (2 paragraph)
stories by Elizabeth Dancoes, the drawings and embroideries and the future
of this work. Embroidery and storytelling generally, not a new story but
why does it work? What is impressive about embroidery?
Is embroidery drawing or is it not?
